The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to a bus stop where we could easily catch a bus to the airport. The hotel was situated in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful stay. We were able to reach St Mark's Square either by foot or by taking a water taxi. the hotel was easily accessible from the train station.

The room was not up to standard, with broken tiles and poorly functioning facilities.

The location was strategic, being near the central railway station and within walking distance to popular attractions like St Marco. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained.

Best aspects of my stay included the fantastic location of the hotel, conveniently close to key attractions and had easy access to transportation. the hotel offered two bathrooms in the room, making it convenient for a group of people getting ready in the morning. I really enjoyed the beautiful decoration of the hotel, which added a touch of elegance to the overall experience.

Worst aspects of my stay at the hotel were the poor sound isolation in the rooms. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms and even from the street, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, allowing easy access to transportation. It is also right in the center of everything, just off the grand canal. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a fridge and air conditioning. The staff is friendly and speaks multiple languages.
